Why does installation of this panel require special attention? +
Combining a 1.7 m height with a 3 m width creates very high wind exposure — the wind exerts considerable force on the panel. Therefore, use only 60×40 or 60×60 mm posts with a wall thickness of at least 2 mm; weaker posts may bend in the wind. Concrete embedment must be at least 70 cm, with reinforcement or a quality mix; use 4–5 fastening sets per post.
Can you save on posts for this panel? +
No, posts for this product are not a place to cut costs. The panel width already provides savings by reducing the number of holes to dig. The posts themselves must be strong because of the high wind exposure. Thin, inexpensive posts may cause the fence to lean in the wind, so savings should come from the panel width, not the supports.
