14 mm steel round bar is hot-rolled long product used for moving assemblies. While smaller sizes are used for studs and small fittings, 14 mm bar carries real rotational loads in heavy gate hinge axles, hinge pins, and mechanism shafts. Grades 20 and 45 structural steel are available for parts subject to wear.
