22 mm steel round bar is hot-rolled long product commonly used as turning stock in machine shops. At almost 3 kg per metre, it provides a blank that can be bored into bushings, spacers, and flanged rings, or turned into solid shafts. Grades 20 and 45 structural steel are available for parts that will be machined before use.
