St3ps/sp 6.0 mm wire rod is hot-rolled steel in coils to ГОСТ 30136-95. It is a staple of welding workshops: straightened 6 mm rod is placed in a jig and made into grilles, shelves, and frames. Its 0.14–0.22% carbon content gives the product rigidity that softer grades lack - a St3 shelf resists sagging under goods, and a grille stays firm.
