Smooth 12 mm A240C reinforcing bar is steel Ст3пс/сп to ДСТУ 3760:2019, supplied in coils weighing 1–1.5 tonnes. This is the largest diameter in the coil range, and it is not intended for manual work. It is suited to a reinforcement workshop’s straightening and cutting machine, which turns a continuous length of rod into a series of identical blanks with no offcut waste.
